What's your perception of MKE?

So Milwaukee appears to be going through a national identity crisis...it doesn't have one. A recent study shows that when asked most Americans have no thoughts or opinion on Milwaukee. Now as small shop owners in MKE, that kinda bugs us. So we were wondering if you, our National readers, would answer a couple questions for us:

1. What is your perception of Milwaukee?

2. What can Milwaukee do to establish a positive image for itself?
